Handmade Products
All items are handcrafted and will have slight variations. These are not faults.

Custom Orders
Custom and personalised monsters cannot be cancelled or refunded once started, unless faulty.

Pricing & Payments
Prices are in AUD. Full payment is required at checkout (custom orders will require a deposit of $200 to start)

Shipping
See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery timelines. We’re not responsible for postal delays.

Use of Products
Items are decorative and not toys. Keep away from children and pets. As the product is made or ceramic it can break easily if knocked or dropped. Once your handmade clay creature has been put in the post the responsibility is out of our hands. The creature will be packed adequately to ensure even a hard knock will not break it.

Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and concepts belong to Clay Clay Collective and cannot be copied or reproduced.

Processing Times
Ready-made: 1-2 weeks
Custom: 6 to 8 weeks (approx.)

Shipping
All orders ship via Australia Post with tracking.

Delays
Clay Clay Collective is not responsible for postal delays once the parcel has been lodged.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will help lodge a claim. If you require insurance there will be an added cost

International Shipping
(If applicable) Customs fees or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy

No change-of-mind returns.

Custom Orders
Personalised monsters cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty where we can fix for you (at the buyers expense for postage).

Faulty Items
Please email with photos where we will discuss what needs to be done

Handmade Variations
Small differences in colour, shape, or texture are normal and not considered faults.
